Ungrateful Living Band

I met this itinerant blue grass band one hot day late in August 2012. I saw that the lead singer had two black eyes and asked imimmediately if I could photograph the band. I did -- the next day they visited the studio to take these shots.

Rasta Pete

In Ashland you find the most interesting people while walking to or from the food coop. Last Saturday I saw Rasta Pete outside the coop playing his flute, and I asked him if he wanted to drop by the studio for a photo-shoot. The next day he came by and I shot for almost an hour -- this one was one of my favorites.
